Join Savanna Institute and partners for a full-day of learning on windbreak history, benefits, planning, design, and implementation. This workshop is designed for farmers, landholders, land managers, and advisors who are interested in planting windbreaks to protect and enhance their farmlands. Presenters will also cover how windbreaks, shelterbelts, and hedgerows can improve soil health, build wildlife habitat, produce edible crops, beautify the landscape, and protect communities from dust storms.
