Privacy Policy

The Savanna Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that works with farmers and scientists to lay the groundwork for widespread agroforestry adoption in the Midwest US. Inspired by the native savanna ecosystems that once covered much of this region, the Savanna Institute conducts research, education, and outreach to support the growth of diverse, perennial agroecosystems.

Donor Privacy Policy

All information about donors and prospective donors, including but not limited to their names, the names of their beneficiaries, the nature and amounts of their gifts, and the sizes of their estates will be kept confidential by the Savanna Institute. Any information supplied to the Savanna Institute by donors will be used solely to fulfill their donation and will not be shared for any reason unless permission is granted by the donor to share such information. All requests to remain anonymous will be honored.

The Savanna Institute does not sell or otherwise permit others to use donor contact information. This specifically includes lists of WI SECC charitable contributors.

Donors who share their postal address or email address with the Savanna Institute may be contacted periodically for solicitation purposes, new education materials, and/or with information concerning upcoming events. Donors may request to be permanently removed from the mailing list may contact Savanna Institute by email, phone, or mail. All requests to be removed from Savanna Institute mailing lists will be honored.

In order to use certain sections of this website, a user must first complete the registration form. This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
